KCDT Karthikotsavam: Blessed by HH Jagadguru Vidhushekhara Bharati Sannidhanam
This year’s KCDT Karthikotsavam marked a significant milestone in our Trust’s history with the divine visit of Jagadguru Sri Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Sannidhanam Varu. His Holiness graced us with Upadesam and Anugraha Bhashanam, blessing all our Trust members and devotees.
The sacred event was held on November 1st and 2nd, 2025, at Sri Seeta Ramanjaneya Swamy Devasthanam, Miyapur. Our Pujya Guru Dampathi and Trust members accorded a traditional welcome to HH Swamyvaru with Purna Kumbha, accompanied by Vedic chants that filled the air with sanctity and devotion.
Upon arrival, Swamyvaru visited the shrines of the presiding deities, performed Gau Pooja, and blessed the Yagashala. His Holiness then conferred his divine grace upon our members through a special Mantropadesam, Gayatri Stotram and Durga Saptasloki Upadesam.
This sacred Upadesam to KCDT members — the first of its kind — was made possible only through the Divine Grace of Sakala Devatha Swaroopini Gayatri, the blessings of our Guruparampara, and the steadfast guidance of our Pujya Guru Dampathi.
Swamyvaru was deeply pleased by the devotion and Dharma acharana demonstrated through our members in our Trust’s ongoing activities — Havanams, Parayanams, and Samoohika Sandhyavandanams, which include the Shatakoti Gayatri and Koti Hanuman Chalisa initiatives, among many others.
In his Anugraha Bhashanam, His Holiness emphasized the importance of reviving and sustaining Sanatana Dharma traditions. He particularly highlighted the need for the daughters of Sanatana Dharma to undertake Anushtanam akin to the Upanayana Samskara prescribed for boys — thus reawakening a long-forgotten sacred tradition through his Mantropadesam, in this age.
Following Jagadguru’s message, our Pujya Guruvugaru, in his own address to the members, urged all devotees to persevere on the spiritual path by deepening their Anushtanam through increased Japa and Nitya Parayana. He called upon each of us to bring more astikas into this divine fold, echoing the motto — “Each One Reach One.”
He reminded us that our duty towards society extends beyond social service — it encompasses spiritual service, which is the true essence of Dharma Raksha and Loka Kalyanam. Through the continued efforts of our Trust and the blessings of our revered Guruparampara, may this sacred journey grow ever stronger in the service of Dharma.
